How do payments work?
To confirm your booking, you only pay a deposit through our secure platform (Stripe). The remaining balance is paid directly to the guide on the day of the tour. We do not store sensitive data or analyze your financial behavior.

Is it safe to pay online?
Absolutely. We use Stripe to process payments with 256-bit SSL encryption. Furthermore, we respect your privacy and guarantee 'no use of tracking cookies' for invasive marketing purposes.

How do I receive my confirmation?
Upon completing your booking, a digital Voucher will be automatically generated. You will receive this proof via email and WhatsApp.

What do I need to present on the day of the tour?
You only need to present your digital Voucher (on your phone) along with a valid official ID to validate your access.

What is the cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour starts. If you cancel within this period, your deposit will be refunded without penalties.

Do tours include insurance?
We work with local operators who state they comply with the regulations of the Municipality of Bacalar, including mandatory traveler insurance to operate. As a booking platform, we promote legality and safety.

Are there operation rules for the lagoon?
Yes, navigation and activities are regulated to protect the 7 Colors ecosystem. We strictly adhere to the established Operation Rules.

What safety measures must I follow?
It is the responsibility of all passengers to follow the captain's and guide's instructions at all times, including wearing life jackets when required to ensure a safe experience.

What happens if it rains?
We operate under any weather conditions (rain or shine). We do not offer cancellations or refunds due to bad weather. We recommend checking our real-time weather visualizer before booking.

What should I bring to the tour?
We recommend bringing a swimsuit, towel, sunglasses, hat, and, very important, biodegradable sunscreen to protect the lagoon.

Can I bring food or drinks?
Yes, you are free to bring your own snacks and drinks. Keep in mind that some of our tours already include amenities (fruit, water, beers); you can check this in the tour details.

In our private tours, we are generally pet-friendly. In shared tours, it depends on availability and respect for other passengers.

The exact location of the dock is sent via WhatsApp along with your confirmation. You can also check the precise location on the mini-map within the tour details.

Do you offer pickup service?
Yes, we offer pickup at hotels in the center and coastal zones (extra cost may apply for remote areas). Please note that only some selected tours include this service.
